Warm, Snowy Days

Yesterday it was beautiful outside! I've heard that it was also beautiful out some last week, but I was still too sick to care at that point. While I am still coughing and I still can't hear out of my left ear (it's now been since Friday), I was more than anxious to get out of the house a little yesterday afternoon and let the boys run wild in the snow.

We had a blast!

I discovered that the boys run much slower in the snow, making it much easier for me to keep up with them :).
Logan discovered that he doesn't fit in his "car" with his boots on, and although this made him very angry at first, he has matured enough since last summer to calm down and find another toy. He still loves basketball and had a great time shooting hoops and then cleaning the snow off the ball.
Brady discovered that riding his bike with boots and snow pants on was next to impossible as well. He was more than happy, however, to climb the large piles of snow in our front yard and then run around the side yard wildly, while almost losing his boots several times in the deep snow.

I'm thinking we might just have to do this a few more times this week too!
