Disney World

Here are a few of my favorite Disney World pictures.
Since I was the only person in our group who had already been to the Magic Kingdom, I was probably the most excited about taking my family there!
Uncle Mark also brought along his camera, so I'm sure he has a lot more, higher quality pictures of our day. I'll share some of those pictures as well, once he has a chance to edit them and send them to me.

For now, here's what I have:

Ok, now that I have shared a million photos of our trip, I think I can safely come back to reality. Besides, I have some great pics of the boys helping Daddy rake leaves the day after we returned. Plus, Halloween is coming soon!!

A Day at the Ocean

Last Tuesday, a week ago today, we visited the Atlantic Ocean at New Smyrna Beach.
We love this beach, because the sand is white and soft, there are lots of seashells, you can drive your car right onto the beach, and it is not very crowded.

You can see for yourself in the pictures, but the boys LOVED the ocean!!

We LOVE Florida!

As the title of this posted says, "We LOVE Florida"!!!

On Sunday evening we returned from a 9 day trip to Florida. We left our house Saturday, Oct.13 at 5am and spent the night just south of Nashville, TN. On Sunday, we made it Kissimmee, FL around 6pm.
We spent the week swimming at the resort, going to the ocean, shopping at Downtown Disney and Disney's Boardwalk, and taking the kids to the Magic Kingdom at Disney World. Our weather was fabulous (much nicer than what we have here in MN today). We left Florida on Saturday, Oct. 20 and slept in Grand Rivers, KY. Then, on Sunday, we made it home at 5:30.
The kids did excellent in the car once again, and this time we brought Uncle Mark along to enjoy the trip with us.

I am sad that it is over, but many great memories were made, and the trip went exactly how I imagined it would go. I am thinking we will have to do a repeat of this trip next October (our favorite time of year to visit FL).

Since I have way too many pictures to share, I will start today with sharing our travel pictures. You know, the ones we took on the way there and the way back home.
