Picnics 21-25

We're continuing to move right along on our picnic journey this summer. Just yesterday we had our 27th picnic of the season and we're planning another on Friday at Como Zoo. Who knows, maybe we'll even have time for one tomorrow too.

Here's pictures of 5 more picnics we've done recently.

Picnic #21

July 2. This was at Kelley Park, the small water park, in Apple Valley. Auntie Laura, Katie, and Addy joined us. It was hot, hot, hot, and we all got a nice, red sunburn.

Picnic #22

July 8. At Evergreen Knoll Park in Farmington. This is the park with the city pool (do you see it in the background?). The pool wasn't quite open for the day when we were eating lunch, but we had a great time watching kids dive off the diving boards after lunch. Also, this was not our best picture ever--the camera batteries were dying.

Picnic #23

July 9. At Nicollet Commons Park in Burnsville (the water park from the post a few below this one). We were parked in the shade, right by the side of the little river. We even ran into some friends from church on this day. Eating homemade oatmeal cookies. Yum!

Picnic #24

July 9 (the second of the day). In our front yard, eating Taco John's (our first fast food picnic as a family). It was a gorgeous evening!

Picnic #25

July 10. At Grandma and Grandpa's house, in the backyard. Enjoying the newly altered picnic table--now the table isn't so much higher than the benches!
